Langley Office Rentals Privacy Policy
This page explains what this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. It covers the website only.
Two things, and nothing else.
What you send us. If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive the name you enter, the email address or phone number you enter, which office or space you said you were interested in, and anything you type into the message field. We use it to reply to you about renting space at the Latimer Business Hub. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Gold Circle Group and the Latimer Business Hub for any other purpose.
How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and links people use, so we know which parts of the site are worth keeping. This is aggregate measurement. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with what you send through the form.
The site takes no payments and asks for no payment details, no government identification, and no passwords. There is no login. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use your browser's private mode, and the site will still work normally.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and reach us by email. Site measurement is handled by Google Analytics. Both are third parties with their own privacy terms.
Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Analytics data is retained according to the default Google Analytics retention period.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (778) 558-1940 or use the enquiry form and say so, and we will action it.
